RothGreaves designed and manufactured an automated system to inspect the container for component/fastener presence, ultra-sonic weld integrity and mechanical fit. To do this both mechanical devices and six inspection cameras were used to verify the integrity of each product. The machine interfaced with the SAP database and confirmed the required tests and results were compliant.
