Rothgreaves solution


RothGreaves designed and manufactured a work cell in the SmartBase format to automatically perform a series of resistance welds. The machine utilized a camera for vision guided motion to find the weld targets and position them precisely under the welding tools. The machine also performed a post weld inspection to verify integrity of the welds.
