Do you price a job by the square inch, square foot, etc.?
Our price is based on profile and length.
Do you need a print or sketch of the part to obtain a quote?
No, but it is recommended in order to get an accurate paper quote.
Is there a minimum quantity required?
No requirements.
Do you have a set-up charge?
We do have minimal set-up fees depending on quantities:
- $200 on quantities of fewer than 10
- $150 on quantities between 10 to 499
- No setup charge on quanitities over 500 pieces.
What is your current lead-time?
Our standard lead time is within two weeks or less from the time the parts arrive at our facility.
How do you ship?
UPS ground or FedEx ground unless specified by customer.
How should parts be packaged?
Bubble wrap, then tightly secured in the proper box or tube.
Can I expedite an order?
Yes. Please contact us if required.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, cash, wire transfer, check.
